my holiday sparkle cara box!

 This month I was blessed to be included in the 'cara box exchange'
hosted by kaitlyn of wifessionals!

What is a ‘cara box’ you ask?
it’s like a ‘pen pal’ exchange, you know, the kind many of us did growing up, as grown-up girls, with and uplifting joy.

The theme for this month was ‘holiday sparkle’.
who doesn’t love a little sparkle, glitter, to perk up your holiday season?!
I know I love it!

I was matched up with Heather, as my recipient. 

I was able to ‘pen pal’ and (aka email these days J) her and learn a little more about her. This was a joy to do!

My match for receiving from was Brittany! Her cara box to me, touched my heart, because everything she included, she choose JUST for ME! She got to know me through our ‘pen-pal-ing’ sending a HUGE package of “sparkle” for my Christmas!

Christmas in a cara box! I was SO excited to open it!

 everything was individually wrapped so i had SO many little sweet sparkly gifts to open!

Brittany put so much love & thoughtfulness into her sweet cara box to me!

my sweet sparkly cara box included, an AMAZING book by leigh anne & scott tuohy (of the  blindside). its a book that shares their love of 'giving'. brittany wrote me a note, complimenting me, saying she could tell by getting to know me that i had a giving spirit and she thought that i would love this book! can't wait to read it!

she included 3 puppy toys!
this was amazingly thoughtful, because anyone who knows me, KNOWS i love my puppies!!
by the way brittany....they LOVED the toys!! they are still playing with them!

next it included 4 beautiful sparkly ornaments, in gold and silver..
.which i immediately put on my tree! 

a yummy cookie/vanillia sugar candle...i wanted to take a bite of!

pretty PRETTY glitter 'sparkly' nail polish, and the color couldn't be more perfect!! i love it!
and a warm and cozy pair of holiday socks! and it is cold where i am this winter!
so i loved these!

she finished it up with a precious card and note to me, with sweet words from her heart!

I absolutely LOVED everything Brittany put in my box!
all of it was SO thoughtful, so me and SO full of 'holiday sparkle' and LOVE!

giving is ALWAYS better than receiving!
the 'cara box exchange' pays it forward!
